Vergaro

Photo of the label of Vergaro

For us, Vergaro is a Verdicchio that doesn't wear a suit and tie. A rustic wine at heart, yet extremely welcoming, it refuses formality in favor of substance, embodying the rural hospitality and straightforwardness typical of the vergaro, the farmer from Le Marche

Early harvest at the beginning of September to preserve the acidic freshness and liveliness of the fruit, soft pressing and static decantation of the must

Maturation

In steel with 11 months of aging on the fine lees, which gives complexity and natural protection to the wine
